A properly fitted loft hatch improves safety, accessibility and energy efficiency, especially when paired with a new loft ladder.

If your loft hatch is in the wrong place or too small for convenient use, we can enlarge or reposition your loft opening.

We fit Manthorpe’s best selling GL250-03 Drop-Down/Lift-Out Access Door.  It has a twist action catch which secures the frame in three places to provide a secure, draught-sealed fit. 

A pole attachment is supplied for opening the door from floor level. If required, the door can be removed completely.

Doors is supplied with insulation material which is compliant with Part L regulations to a rating of 0.35Wm²k.
